2. Usage & Licensing
Upon purchase, you receive a non-transferable license for private or commercial use.
Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized duplication is prohibited without written consent.
3. Add-ons Policy
Add-ons are only valid when purchased alongside an active Website Design Pack.
If purchased separately, TimKStudio reserves the right to cancel or withhold delivery.
4. Disclaimer
All products are provided as tools to support your business.
No guarantees are made regarding performance, results, or business outcomes.
5. No Refund for Digital Products
By purchasing and downloading digital content, you waive your right to withdraw (in accordance with § 18 FAGG – Austrian Law).
